1. Agreement

THEIR is operated by Austin Harman Designs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or posting to THEIR you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use THEIR.

You must be at least 17 years old to use THEIR. If you are under 17, you may not create an account.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

THEIR has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content. There is no warning, no strike system, and no appeal-by-default: content that violates this section is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or permanently banned.

You may not post, upload, share, or link to any of the following:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a minor, in any form. This is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.

• Pornography, sexually explicit material, or nudity.

• Human trafficking, sexual services, or prostitution.

• Sale or promotion of weapons, explosives, poisons, or illegal drugs.

• Threats, incitement to violence, or glorification of violence.

• Hate speech or content that attacks or degrades people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

• Content that is defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent, including scams and impersonation.

• Content that infringes anyone else's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.

• Any other content that is illegal where you are, or where we are.

3. Zero tolerance for abusive users

THEIR has ZERO TOLERANCE for abusive users. Behaviour is judged separately from content: an account can be suspended or permanently banned for how its owner treats other people even when no single post crosses the content line above.

You may not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, dox, or intimidate anyone on THEIR. You may not target a person with unwanted contact, create accounts to evade a block or a ban, or coordinate others to do any of these things.

You may not abuse the safety tools themselves — filing knowingly false reports, or mass-reporting a person to silence them, is itself a violation.

We remove abusive users from THEIR. A permanent ban ends your access to the service and to any account you create to get around it.

4. Reporting, blocking, and our response

Every post has a report control (the ··· menu) and every account can be blocked. Blocking is bidirectional — neither of you sees the other's posts, and any watch relationship between you is severed. You can review and undo your blocks at any time in Settings.

We review every report. Our service-level commitment is to action reports within 24 hours of receipt, and sooner for reports involving child safety, which are escalated immediately.

All posts and photos are also screened automatically before they go live. Content that trips the screen is rejected before it is stored, and the account is suspended or banned according to the severity of the hit.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating THEIR — including showing it to the people who watch you and to anyone who pays to Keep it.

Posts on THEIR are ephemeral by default and are deleted automatically when they expire. A post that someone has paid to Keep becomes permanent; you agree that a Kept post remains available to the person who kept it, and that we may retain the payment record for it as required by tax and financial-records law.

You are responsible for your content. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

6. Payments

On iOS, Keeps and the Company subscription are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings — we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. Refunds for In-App Purchases are handled by Apple.

Creator payouts are settled through our payments provider. Creators are paid their share of a Keep net of the platform fee disclosed in the creator dashboard.

7. Suspension, ban, and account deletion

We may suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, with or without notice, and we may remove any content at any time. Sections 2 and 3 are enforced without exception.

You may delete your account at any time — in the app under Settings, or on the web at /settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, profile, posts, and stored images are erased and you are signed out. Where a financial record must legally survive (a Keep someone paid you for), your personal information is stripped from it instead so the record is no longer identifying.

8. Disclaimer and liability

THEIR is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content posted by other users.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are published with a new version date and you will be asked to agree again before you continue using THEIR.
